These people stop a couple times a month. It is very annoying and I have politely told them no every time.
Had fascia tightened that came loose from wind. Representing contractor came out same day as I called about and fixed it no charge. Also he looked at my roof while walking on it and and did not ' car mechanic me' into anxiety inducing sales pitch. Not at all. Gave me reassurance on its condition right now. Answered questions in a professional manner and set my mind at ease about my roof. I definitely will be using them in the future.
Customer service is a joke.
