HAHAHAHA. I came here to write a review, saw all the bad reviews, and burst into laughter. I had a 2-minute encounter with their staff while picking up keys to tour a house, and they were terrible. Lucky, I just left due to their rudeness and blatant disregard for others. The reviews here made me feel lucky not to have rented with them.
Very poor customer assistance. Avoid at all cost
NEVER i mean never ever rent with this property management. They won’t fix anything and will raise your rent anyway. I moved out and they decided the mold that was in the unit when i moved in was “my fault” and the normal wear and tear issues from their outdated and shitty fixing needed to be taken out of my security deposit. Also the girl who handles the maintenance requests is rude as hell. They deserve less than 2 stars. Crappy management
Staff is very rude and lacks customer service skills.
Literally if they had a zero star, that’s what they would get very rude. They don’t take care of anything. They have redid the parking lot. You can’t even get into your own space because there’s no room. They have no handicap spots which I think is illegal. these people are absolutely horrible.
