The scheduling department is the worst I've dealt with in over two decades of receiving psychiatric care. They transferred my care to another provider and did not inform me. I was a patient of this practice for 4 years and left in winter 2025 after they changed providers on me for the third time without notice. I showed up for my appointment and they told me I would be seeing a different provider. I refused the appointment and they have been trying to charge me a "no show fee". I did not "no show". I showed up to my appointment and my provider was not there and without informing me, they decided to schedule me with another provider. That is unethical and unprofessional. Pill pushers. Dont go here. You can tell them whatever you want and they ask no questions, just give you drugs. They had me on pills for everything under the sun for stuff I didnt need, but didn't help what I initially went for. I guess falling asleep at the wheel will cure anxiety, right?🤷‍♀️ now I'm afraid to go to a real Dr that can actually help me because im afraid they'll all be like these people.
