STAY FAR AWAY. Please do NOT rent from these people. They are willing to do absolutely anything to keep your deposit. When we moved out, the apartment was clean and in good shape, and we were confident that we would get most of our deposit back (minus the usual carpet cleaning and such). PPM is bad This is the worst place to rent specially if you have kids. The management has no consideration of your comfort. They do not know the lease terms and dont explain them properly to you and later on since you signed bunch of papers with the test so small to read, they force those terms at you with no room for any flexibility. stay way from PPM I've been lived here for almost one year. Every experience with PPM is TERRIBLE! From the day we moved in, the nightmare began. The officers seem nice before you sign the lease, but after that, they are rude and never respect us, their customers. Friendly service We lived in PPM apartments for several years and were very happy both with the quality of the apartments and the friendliness of the staff. They were more than willing to take us out to countless apartments until we found the one that was just right for us. They were always available if we had questions and were always very polite and helpful.
