These people never get you apartments as promise. You repeatedly submit your paperwork, send them the check for the application fee, then they trick you into believing that you get the apartment, to stop returning your calls, then call out of the blue to say the apartment was rented. I find them to be very dishonest, the fee is non refundable, so they end up profiting from keeping all those application fees. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, thinking they would help you get an apartment.

I'm just wondering how they are still open? This is RPM NOW, seems like they haven't changed a bit, same company with a different letter in it. It makes me bit nervous to go through them now. I'm giving one star for bad communication skills, not responding to me, and it looks like I am not the only one. If they don't respond now, what will happen when I apply and pay 150 bucks for us to get a place. Will we get a place at all? or will we be here 3 months from now still looking?
