To all my friends and family I highly reccommend everyone to call Proffesional Plumbing Services for any of your plumbing issues you are having. Mr. Walters from Proffesional Plumbing is an astounding person. I had a problem with my kitchen faucet during this weekend and I gave Mr. Walters a call if he would be able to stop by and take a look at it. Friendly people and the job was done. However, I was overcharged for a job on my salt tank, the hours listed that they "worked" on the salt tank were not accurate upon further examination so unfortunately I will not be using them again. Apparently not the only one who has had this issue, as you can see in other reviews.
Poorly ran company.Got overcharged on a service call on a gas water heater.That I downloaded manual and services myself .A.O Smith Manual was all I needed. Found online...Plumber talked more bad about the company then work. Named in other reviews btw..Which that has employ him for decades.Bad business!.Do yourself a favor .Looked around.Skip this company.
I had a magnificent experience with this company. Everybody that I dealt with was amazing. I had a disaster at my rental property and they came to my rescue. Gretchen was an absolute angel that bent over backwards for me to make the process as easy as possible. She was an absolute angel. I really would recommend you to call Professional Plumbing and Heating for your plumbing needs. We had a bathroom remodel and they was fast and clean when it came to the demo and installation of our new bathroom. Matt and Brad did a wonderful job. Thank you Professional Plumbing and heating.
