We recently purchased new furniture and wanted to clean the HVAC system before arranging everything permanently. The technicians protected the new furniture and flooring and inspected the nearby returns. They found dust buildup inside a few sections and cleaned them thoroughly. I liked that they worked carefully instead of moving everything around unnecessarily. The house was left clean when they finished.
With 2 dogs and 2 cats, I knew our ducts were bad but I had no idea. The amount of pet hair and dander they pulled out was insane. Our house no longer smells like pets, and we are not seeing fur flying out of the vents. If you have pets, you NEED to get this done by Better Air Duct Services.
We were cleaning our home after a long period of renovation and realized the vents had collected a lot of dust. The duct cleaning removed the buildup that normal household cleaning could not reach.
This was our first time arranging professional air duct cleaning, and Better Air Duct Services made the process very easy. The technician explained what the service included, inspected the system, and answered our questions before beginning. We never felt confused or pressured. The work was completed efficiently, and our home was left clean afterward. Based on this experience, we would use the company again when future cleaning becomes necessary.
I had a wonderful experience with this company. The crew was friendly, arrived on time, and completed a thorough cleaning of my air ducts. The indoor air feels much fresher, and I'm very pleased with the overall service.
