Today I visited Professional Jewelers today to see if it was possible to have 5 removed from my bracelet. Not only was the staff professional and courteous the guy who waited on me made sure that I was able to pick up the item the same day without having an appointment. The quality of the work is a10 out of 10. I couldn't be more pleased. Price was reasonable. This is the best jewelry store in Knoxville. Their work is such high quality, the customer service is impeccable, and they are by far the fastest in town. My ring sizing only took 4 hours!! And it was VERY affordable. The sizing was absolutely flawless and it was polished to perfection. I called several large chain jewelers before calling Professional Jewelers. Amazing service and fast turnaround. Needed my rings sized up, had them back in around 3hrs. Less than $200 after tax. Will definitely do business with them again.
