Had a great experience with this provider. I had my recent full hearing exam at Kaiser but could not afford the hearing ai options there. My wife researched and found Hear Com who referred me here. My evaluation provider was excellent. I was provided with options within my budget as well as finance options. I received my hearing aids in less than 2 weeks. They did forget to get me my charger but I called Hear Com and they have it ordered to be delivered to me.
Dr. Baller is a very caring doctor and extremely professional. He addressed all my hearing needs. He was very patient and attentive to my concerns. I have had hearing problems since I was 4th grade and I am 57 so that tells you just how long I have dealt with hearing loss. In 1983 I purchased one hearing aid to enhance my hearing from a different facility but Professional Hearing Services repaired the battery door two times at no cost. Dr Baller worked in my home at the assisted living facility, he was very "professional, very thorough and very helpful. I would definitely recommend him to any person in that need of hearing services.
