I just love my new hearing aids! The difference is night and day. I have always been deaf, and decided to wear hearing aids once again. I am so glad I did. Dr. Kasewurm and her staff are just great. I got so used to standing on the left, or asking others to repeat them selves. Not anymore thanks for the great service and for making me feel at ease.

I've been going to Professional Hearing Services for nine years. Prior to that I'd been several places for my hearing aids and were never satisfied. This amazing group of people deliver true customer service each and every day. Living in Paw Paw, MI there are places closer as Kalamazoo is only 20 minutes away, but when you are given OUTSTANDING service again and again; it is worth the drive!

A little over 3 years ago I went in to get my ears tested. My wife claimed I didn’t hear very well. So I consented. Sure enough I had significant loss in the high frequencyies. When I was fitted with new hearing aids I was amazed at the things I could hear, I didn't know I was missing. I could hear the frogs in the spring, and the birds, I didn't even know I was missing.
