Dr. Terry was very professional and pleasant. She put me at ease by explaining exactly what to expect during the testing. The office area was immaculate with a lot of amenities such as water, coffee, cookies etc. All the staff was pleasant and considerate and I highly recommend Professional Hearing Services for your hearing needs!
I saw Dr. Tony today and he is always great. My hearing aides were repaired and he fixed me up with the supplies I needed for this winter. Everyone is so helpful and friendly….and the cookies…oh my! LOL
I just went in to have my hearing aids cleaned and my computer program for them updated. I had some concerns with using the App and the person assisting me answered all my questions and went through the App with me.
Great personal care to service my hearing aid and improve my ability to hear clearly.
