My husband and I have been patients at PHS over 10 years. We are always grateful for the care they have given us. Our hearing health is in goods hands with Dr Terry. We tell all our friends to go to PHS for their hearing needs. They treat us like family!
Great products, great service! The team is extremely helpful every time I visit!
Although I was not there as a patient, I was visiting with my Uncle Matt Croom Jr, and I was received like I was part of their family. Very warm and friendly staff. Beautiful home atmosphere, and the best hospitality corner with great complimentaty refreshments. His Dr. was very professional, polite and friendly. It was an amazing visit to this office. Thanks to everyone there.

They've done it again! I have my privacy back now that my new hearing aid allows me to use my phone directly with my aid and not over a speaker phone. The staff are all so great and the Drs. Gyl and Terry are amazing. This office bends over backwards to help their patients. I challenge anyone to find better customer service and expert knowledge of technology than what is offered at Professional Hearing.
I'm not a patient, but I want to be!! Beautiful, welcoming and such a friendly staff! There's even a pup here.
