I have found both Dr. Shay and Dr. Bob to be two of the most compassionate and caring professionals I have ever had the pleasure to know. I have worked primarily with Dr. Shay since I lost my Mom. She has always been so patient with me and I have always felt very safe which is critical when dealing with tender feelings. When I had to contact them after hours Dr. Bob returned my call very quickly which also gave me great peace. I can highly recommend both of them to anyone who is looking for real quality of care.

Dr Roop helped me tremendously 28 years ago and I still remember his advice! Truly was a gift from God. Grateful! He was a lifeline for my husband and I during a dark time in our lives. We are so thankful he helped!
My actual rating is 10 stars, Dr Shay and Dr Bob are a gift to the healing profession. They have turned my life right side up, which was nothing short of a miracle by their support. Self care should be everyone's priority, if you seek the best, look no further than Dr Shay and Dr Bob Roop, they are truly brilliant and a gift to humanity.
Dr. Bob Roop is the best Therapist I ever went to.. and I have had many counselors who just hit me over the head with the Bible. He told me on my first visit to him:" I don't want to know what you have been told, I want to know HOW YOU FEEL!"
