Took my son here to assist with his mental health issues. Intake process fell through the cracks. Starting from talking with the owner on to front desk. Once I began an accountability check with the staff, my son was not accepted into the program and I was treated as though I was a difficult parent. At first glance I was and remain very inspired by their programs and I hope they are doing much better with their administration.
Started back in 2007 and then sold to the current owner in 2014, this used to be an excellent program and a great place to work. The new owner doesn't know what she's doing, is a 'fashionista' (which says pretty much everything), won't listen to qualified people, and has run the place into bankruptcy and has already had to restructure. I expect it to fail entirely and to be closed down within the year.
