Service person that came to our house was very nice- he gave me a pretty substantial list of things that he recommended we do. I tried getting clarification of why the work needed to be done by a guy named Aaron and have never talked to someone as rude as him! Made comments like since my brick was painted - most homes in my neighborhood have painted brick (which he said was untrue!) — that you only paint brick because it’s ugly- I don’t know how brick works- my whole house is falling apart- I could go on and on.
