I tried to send this via your website but it got sent back to my email saying it didn’t go thru. My daughter, saw Dr. Sears, NP for 6 months and was told to go see a child psychiatrist because she was above what she could do for her. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner as well and will always support others in my profession. But I am very disappointed in the care my daughter received under Dr. Sears, NP. Learn to answer the phones. I have tried to call numerous times, at various hours, hoping to get ahold of someone. And every time I am sent to an answering machine to leave a message. Apparently nobody is around to ever answer the phones.
They don't have funding for more counselors. All are booked and not equipped to deal with high anxiety suicidal people. I lost a family member this past Saturday. He was a former patient. I know others who requested help and are being told they are booked up. Not enough counselors.
They were very caring and they listened.
