Rude customer service and so unprofessional !!! The front lady didn’t even had a mask on !!!
On 8/14 I dropped off my KING sized Down, MEDIUM weight comforter and two Chevy Racing jackets to be cleaned. I was concerned about the two jackets as they had never been worn and never cleaned but needed a couple spots on the front of each to be cleaned if possible. Extremely disappointed and insulted by the customer service after an expensive garment was damaged. I have used Professional Care in the past and was very happy but I will NEVER trust them with my clothing again.
They've been very accommodating through the years and always treat me right.
