Very professional place, repairs got done quickly and nicely like new. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family to go here for repairing their car.
I highly recommend Professional Auto Body and Paint!! They did a fantastic job on my Honda Civic after it was sideswiped while parked. They were welcoming, communicative, efficient, and did an amazing job repairing my car. They also helped me navigate the insurance process and made the whole experience of repairing my car as stress-free as possible given the hit-and-run circumstances. Nancy and Anthony really took the time to explain the process and keep me informed - I cannot recommend this shop enough!
This shop is fantastic! My car was hit in the parking lot of the Oregon Food Bank while I was inside volunteering. As luck would have it, the folks from Professional Auto Body & Paint were volunteering that evening as well (a little hint about the quality of humans they are.) I was treated so well by professional auto body. My front bumper was ripped off in a hit and run at a grocery store and the cost to do a replacement would have been more than my old car is worth. I told them about my budget needs and they worked with me to find a solution. I felt like I was being helped by people who actually cared, not sold things by salesmen. I wrecked my older work truck and other shops declined to even work on vehicles so old. Anthony and Nancy were great. They walked me through the whole process, ordered the parts, started right away, and kept me updated on the progress. They listened to my concerns and made the thing whole again at a great price. I can’t say enough good things about them and plan to go back for any body or glass work I have in the future. Thanks to your whole team!
