They refused to see me again. Technically, no mental health facility can stop seeing a patient under law, unless you say you no longer want treatment, which I did, but if you decide to start seeing them again, you should be able too. Well I was a client for about three months. The clinic is clean. I wish I could give a better parting review but I can not. I have been around mental health facilities since 2010. This is not one of them. They have been in Griffin since 2010 supposedly but do not know this area very well, yet work here all the time. Found great help, both in Prescription fulfilment by the Psychiatrist, but also in my Psychologist. I would recommend for treatment.
I like it so far. Seems to be a good practice, very clean. I disagree with the other lady, Pathways is not a better choice. I live at A Higher Calling as well and they were here on Saturday, and that is why most counselors "don't show up" because the tenants are not here. If the Client needs to see a doctor, they need to be here on a Sat. when they enroll new patients. :-) They provide a meal and free ride to the clinic as well as group sessions they have. Made three calls to get appointment, Medicare insurance was an issue with them in scheduling new patient appointment. No one ever called me back. A counselor visits A Higher Calling Supportive Housing, but she never arrived to meet with me to discuss seeing a Doctor and getting enrolled in their program. Pathways Center is a better option and choice.
