Dropped off my teenage daughter to get her FORMAL nails done, and was appalled by the state I picked her up in. Note she wanted glittery pink nails with French tips and she’s walked out with the clumpiest, chunkiest WHITE nails I’ve ever seen. She got told the pink was too light and so they told her to do white, so white it was. 9 layers later she had polish all over her fingers and decals that was wrinkles ON her nails. Hannah did my nails today and did the best job… She was so sweet when I told her about my diabetes… I highly recommend Hannah and I’ll only be going to see Hannah at Professionail from now on
Got my nails done here as it advertises afterpay but BOY they charged me extra for paying afterpay??????? And always asks cash instead… even pointing where ATM is… disappointing
First time I went she did a great job. Second time was okay but I did get a few little cuts from the file. But was super fast which is good. Probably won’t go back sadly.
