Chose a basic 43.00 pedicure no foot scrub just some lil hand held machine he hit the heels and prone of my foot .. I told them regular polish he used gel my bill was 62.00 i tried talking to him but he was very argumentative & pretended i said regular polish and he said regular gel (what is regular gel)? I told him didn’t you remove regular polish from my toes i repeated same kind regular polish … not a quality 60 dollar service very disappointed… I will never return the other ladies with me were not satisfied either!!!!

I absolutely love!!!! I have been going to see John and T every four weeks…for going on four years now, and they have never once let me down! Always exceed my expectations with the designs I bring in. I wish I took more pictures of everything!

They’re pretty but not 200$ pretty especially with no cuticle oil or pushing back my cuticles. She also didn’t ask if I wanted to tip so I think she added her own tip and gave me a receipt.

I purchased my sister a gift certificate back in July for their $53 pedicure service at the time, and she used her gift certificate today for their $55 pedicure service and she was charged an additional $18! We don’t know where the additional $18 charge came from. On top of that she was told to come back at 12.30pm for her appt, so she did and she waited an hour to get into a chair.
