had a very disappointing experience at Professional Nail Blacktown. I went there for waxing and spent $160, expecting a basic level of care and professionalism—but what I experienced was the complete opposite. The staff member who did my waxing was extremely rough, treating my skin with no care at all. It genuinely felt like there was no concern for comfort or safety. I've been going here for 4 years now, can't fault the service Emily does such a great job takes pride in her work and is always up for a chat. Rich is wonderful and highly recommended her for a pedi any time. Yes the place gets super busy but the wait is worth it. Thanks to all the staff for being so welcoming and friendly
Absolutely love my nails done by Hana! 🤍 She did such an amazing job — the design is so elegant and the details are perfect. She’s so talented and professional. I’m already getting so many compliments! Highly recommend Hana and Professionail
Very disappointing experience. I came in just for a nail removal, but the service was extremely unprofessional. Staff kept accepting new customers even though they were already busy, which caused long and unnecessary waiting times. Many customers were clearly frustrated and complaining as well. There was no proper queue management or respect for people who arrived earlier. If you value your time and expect professional service, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Professional Nail take on too many customers at once. Didn't realize till the 10 min wait turned into 40 minutes. Priority given to the people coming in AFTER us with more expensive and time consuming requests rather than a simple manicure. Greedy, greedy, greedy wanting to make money rather than giving customers a decent experience. 👎
