I’ve been a loyal customer at Professionail Blacktown for years, often spending over $200 per visit on detailed, high-end nails. But after my most recent appointment, I’ll never return. On Monday, I had a full service with a new tech who was so rough she made me bleed—then dabbed my open wound with nail oil and put the brush back in the bottle. I visited Professionail for a manicure and pedicure, and honestly, I’m so happy with the results! The staff were so kind, gentle, and professional — I felt really looked after from the moment I walked in. My nails turned out beautifully, and the whole experience was super relaxing.
