Solid iced coffee and a decent amount of seating to do work. Also love the wood flooring.

Nice place to hang out for the morning. They don't have wifi but it's possible to steal it from some of the neighboring shops. Also no bathroom.
The espresso is very acidic. Not good.
Flat white no questions, and good too. I like this place.
