Proctor Place, Great Job! Trashed Out complex. No-Go Full of garbage.
We moved in right after they opened and it was nice BUT Jamie the office manager likes to gossip about tenants and complain about tenants to other tenants. She is friendly to your face but will tell everyone in the building your business and talk bad about you behind your back.There is obvious drug dealing going on and obvious prostitution happening right across from office. People have died of overdose, people have been stabbed, and one person was shot and killed in the hallway. People don't watch their kids and let them te... read more
The inside of the apartments are nice but the hallways and the outside of the building needs serious improvements. For example they do not plow the street when it snows and they do not shovel the walkway. There are a lot of disabled people who need this done so they can get to there car or take their trash out. I fell and hurt my hip doing just that and no one to help me up. I am seriously concerned and thinking about moving. The hallways are dirty and sometimes homeless people are sleeping in the hallways and laundry room.
