The apartments was great when I first moved in very clean and quiet. It’s been shaky the last couple of months new neighbors/hoods kids and adults running around banging on doors yelling leaving mess in the hallways making bugs appear on top of that things was taking a while to get fixed. Now I’m starting to see it change back a little , and That’s always pretty good. I complained about things needing to be done cleaned or fix to the maintenance team. Proctor place is a beautiful building it's not the building is some of the residents that live in the building but one thing I notice about the building since I've been living in it for 2 years that the maintenance guy Justin that we have now he's been a blessing to the place even though he has is a three men job the building has been cleaner in the inside and in the outside so he's doing a whole lot for one person and I appreciate him being here
I think that Chanel Graves deserves a bonus or a raise, because of her AWSOME, support and constant communication in assisting me with getting my brother into the Proctor Place Apartments in Indianapolis. Ms. Graves, the Property Maner at Proctor Place, Indianapolis went above and beyond and that is something that you rarely come in contact with, especially in today's society. She is one of the good ones and I hope the company appreciates what an excellent asset they have in her. She is one in a million and!
Very professional management on site Timely and courteous maintenance team Property grounds are well policed and groomed Responsive and communicative staff I have been a resident for 3 years, and Chanel has been the best leader for Woda Cooper for this venue
Nice clean place, vinyl plank flooring, LED lighting, air conditioning, wonderful staff.
