These are Selfish Money Hungry People I was scheduled for surgery on monday at 6am and I took My Rufus to be boarded there at Rigsby Animal Hospital .

Trust in Dr Proctor I had put my trust in Dr Proctor at his new clinic Rigsby Animal Clinic with my pet and needless to say a tumor was discovered on my pet. Dr Proctor did the surgery and only a partial of the tumor was removed. He admitted to not removing the tumor in it's entirety but would try to removed the rest for an additional fee. bad the staff their are very rude , and uncaring they dont care about peoples pets just money, i had been going there for over ten years they have ruined this vets office . i miss dr bercher he was the best. the prices have gone up way up for what they dont give extra service they are very rude. dr procter is ok he has a vet lady who is awful and mean. i will never go back and i will get my family and friends to know what happen to me at his office.

Rigsby vet clinic I took my animals to Dr. Burchers for over 30 years and he was wonderful I now like Dr. Proctor. But as for the staff. The only nice person is the one that owns the big dog that is in the office behind the counter. I beleive she is kind of blonde with med to long hair. She is so sweet. The rest of the staff SUCK. They are rude and they do give different prices. I was told to spade a small dog was under 50. when i picked it up it was almost 150. Did you know? Dr. Burchers retired - New vet, Dr. Proctor, absolutely wonderful. Quality pricing gone though. Huge staff, higher prices. One of the office staff - not friendly at all. Seems to be contradictions in pricing and rules. After 30 something, I've changed.

Mrs. We have been very pleased with Dr. Proctor. We had to put our two 13 year old cats to sleep, at seperate times, and it was heartbreaking. Dr. Proctor was very caring and he was very concerned about our cats. He is very knowledgeable and takes a real interest in his care for animals.

Well worth the drive I drive across town (from the Northside to the Southside) because we trust Dr. Proctor and his staff. They have helped me keep my beloved dog healthy and happy! It's worth the trip to go where I have absolute confidence in her care!

Satisfied Customer I think Dr. Luke Proctor is an outstanding vet. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. He takes the time to educate pet owners and does not "rush" the office visit. So far I have had no problems with him or his office staff. The Rigsby Animal Hospital has become much busier under Dr. Proctor's ownership, which is probably ample proof of his expertise and caring.

thumbs down to proctor's staff Dr. Proctor is okay. He works with breeders, but he can be harsh. His staff leaves everything to be desired. They are rude to clients, leave animals unattended, and basically just don't care. He has changed staff multiple times, but still doesn't seem to attract quality. He's good on some prices, bad on others. I would give him two stars and his staff none. Too bad Dr. Burchers isn't still there. He was always a delight.
