Dr Luke Proctor has been seeing my 2- pets sense 1997.. I was referred by my parents and I'm proud I am faithful client to Rigsby... All the Doctors have seen and cared for my pets.. I have always experienced nothing but professionalism from the Doctors and employees .The technicians always take their time and ask what my pets symptoms are or if it's a wellness appointment they offer everything starting from vaccines , blood work , heartworm test and anything that my pets may need ...The Doctors have always taken their time ... read more
Emploees are Un-professional and rude !!!! This should be raided as a -5 unfortunately this does not allow you to do it. I have had it with this place no matter how convenient it is, its not worth your time and your pets time. The employees are so rude and not very knowledgeable. I personally have waited for over 10 minutes on the phone just to answer a question. I Highly Recommend!!! I have been going to Dr. Luke Proctor for years. I would not take my animals anywhere else. He has gone above and beyond to help my animals. He and his staff truly care about helping my loved pets get better. When I board my dogs they never seem stressed when I return. Sondra takes excellent care of them. She seems to treat my babies as if they were her own. Thanks again,,
Karen W I love Dr. Luke Proctor and his staff at Rigsby Veterinary Clinic. He has been taking care of my beloved pets since 2000. He is always compassionate and I feel like he loves my pets just as much as I do. He goes above and beyond to make sure I understand how to care for my pets. My daughter states she wants to treat animals just like he does when she grows up. Love this place can't say enough about them. I have even seen Dr. Sheryl Proctor and Dr. Gonzalez. Incometent and uncaring... I had a cat emergency this morning and have NEVER seen such GROSS incompetence and such ignorant and uncaring staff. I brought the cat in at 8:00 and was greeted by a front office with clients, but the staff was busy talking in the back and couldn't be bothered. When an overweight blonde guy did show up, he pretended to be preoccupied with reading material, and ignored everybody while reading. When I finally grabbed his attention, he said he would call a technician to take my animal to the back. Af... read more
Highly Recommend! We have been going to this vet for almost 10 years. They have cared for our 3 dogs and cat. I can't complain. They have given our pets great care and very reasonably priced. It's hard to believe all the other negative reviews that people post here. I'm assuming they are maybe exagerating and had a bad day themselves.
THE BEST IN TOWN This is the BEST Vet clinic in town!!!! Dr Proctor and ALL the Dr's in the clinic are world class. They care and give you options for your animals health care. I have 2 cats 5 dogs and have always had the best care and concern from this vet. I would NEVER go anywhere else. You can tell they all do their job because they love animals.
Proctor's vet hospital is bad news! I wish the older vet who formerly owned the hospital was still there. When he was, everyone was nice and courteous and treated clients with respect. Now you go in there and the hired help treats you as if you're the hired help! They leave dogs unattended on tables and walk away and are rude to clients. I wouldn't use this hospital again. The waiting room floor and scale are usually dirty and people and dogs are jammed in like sardines. He works without appointments, just drop ins. Sick dog... read more
flyingnurse73 Dr Luke Proctor and Dr Cheryl Proctor are both excellent veterinarians. Not only do they care about the animal deeply, but they care about the prices that are given to the owners and try to make the best care affordable. This is a very wonderful veterinary clinic with fantastic people. It is obvious that whomever would put anything even half way derragotory on this page does not know the clinic or the veterinarians very well. They will also, not hesitate to tell clients what they are doing wrong for the pets. B... read more
