My Great Proctor Honda Experience! Last year in 2010 I was living in Orlando, FL. and looking for a new car. I googled Honda for Orlando and Tallahassee (where I happened to be from). Over and above... I had to have a recall issue fixed at Proctor Honda. The staff were all very accommodating and polite, and my car was worked on and completed as promised. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and they resolved my issue and offered other recommendations for free based on their evaluation of my vehicle during the recall replacement. I was very pleased with the knowledge and customer service of the staff overall, and left very happy!
Stellar Service!!! The service dep. at Proctor Honda provided me with stellar service! I will definitely be back with all my service needs! Rocky is awesome and I suggest everyone ask to see him! He will take care of you because he acts like he genuinely cares about your vehicle. That's the kind of service I like!
Great customer service I've owned two Hondas, a 1996 Civic and now a 2005 Element. I've taken both to Proctor for all my maintenance needs during my time in Tallahassee and have always received excellent customer service.
Nice place, Bad business practices. I went to this dealership recently while looking for a new vehicle. I must say their facility is top notch, rivaled the Toyota store here in Thomasville. But after driving 45 minutes for a "price guarantee" the only I got was my time wasted. They informed me that the price they offered ($500 over actual invoice) was a great deal, and that if I found a lower price to bring it back to them. Why? HORRIBLE. Take a quick drive to a different dealer! Wow, I never leave reviews but I couldnt help it on this one. I had read on the internet and found that this would be "THE HONDA DEALER" to go to. I live in Tallahassee, and normally don't deal locally when buying a car. However, I decided it was worth a shot. All I will say, is drive up to Georgia and get a "real" deal. Proctor Honda Service ROCKS At the service department at Proctor Honda excellent service is their normal operating procedure!! From Rocky who always answers the phone or calls me right back with a detailed review of what needs to be repaired to the shuttle driver who takes me to work and brings me back to Proctor s safely to the cashier who takes the sting out of paying the bill with their great attitude... All I can say is well done, outstanding, keep up the great work!!
