Scheduled a showing with them. Confirmed it two hours before I was supposed to have the showing. Showed up there in the cold and rain and they never came. Nice to know there’s a company out there that has integrity keeps their word as you can rely on! I wish I could give a lower score than one star
Procore is the best property management in ada county. They are fast, efficient, and fair. When you have a problem they immediately fix it. I would love to rent from them again and would do so now if they had more rentals in the area I’m looking for.
Lived in a home managed by Procore for only a year and glad I moved out. The owner sold the house we lived in and gave only 27 day notice (their contract states they must give at least 30 days) to leave and worst is that they remodel the whole house on your dime through the security deposit.
