UPDATE: After posting this original review below, the property management reached out immediately, and I mean immediately, tried to address and fix these issues. ALSO the biggest part, they listened and apologized for their part. I understand sometimes things can fall thru the cracks. To start, I love my new state and home. I also want to say thank you for the opportunity to rent from procore property management. However I have to say a few things. From the first day of move in I could tell ABSOLUTELY NO CLEANING OR MAINTENANCE was done on my apartment before my move in. I have had maintenance and repair men here almost every week since move in 3+ weeks ago and every thing is STILL NOT fixed. I was pretty happy with them, then they without giving us a reason did not renew our lease. We had 50 days to leave our home of 3 years. The only thing I can think of for a reason is I asked them to replace our worn out carpet and suggest when they do that we paint. It needed done.then they kicked us out and now we are homeless trying to get together the money to rent something else as we won't get any of our deposit back for a month.
