Lived in a home managed by Procore for only a year and glad I moved out. The owner sold the house we lived in and gave only 27 day notice (their contract states they must give at least 30 days) to leave and worst is that they remodel the whole house on your dime through the security deposit. My experience with ProCore is now 7 years in the making and they have been great. Truly a team approach. Very engaging, good communication with turnovers, leases/renewals, etc.
My wife, son, and I have used Procore for many years. We have rentals in several states. Richard and Katie are our best property managers. They keep us updated on property values and the rental market in the Boise, Idaho area. They have kept our tenants happy over the years, as we are out of state and need a good representative. They are also very nice people.
