This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. If you experience any maintenance issues with your home, be prepared to have your calls hung up on, be treated with complete disrespect, and wait weeks for essential repairs. Our air conditioning was broken for an entire month during the summer. Our water heater was out for three weeks, and our furnace failed to provide heat for more than five weeks. This company has now introduced an additional mandatory $45 monthly fee on top of the other fees they already charge tenants. At a time when so many people are struggling financially, imposing yet another mandatory fee is outrageous. In my opinion, these practices are exploitative and unacceptable. I intend to file a formal complaint with the State of Idaho regarding these charges.
