Even when you do work orders it takes weeks or months to even heard back from someone. We've been out a dishwasher for awhile and even when we moved in there were parts missing from it. The worker said it needed to be replaced completely but that never happened and it just kept getting worse. Some of the work orders we never even got a response for. Their communication sucks
Our plumbers were excellent came early and finished the job and record time. We appreciate their service
I love renting from this place, they make everything from start to finish very simple. Paying rent is so simple anyone could do it. I put in a maintenance request two times and they were right on it fixing the problems right away. Great place to rent from!
Process went smoothly once I was able to access the internet.
EDIT- (they reached out to me immediately after the review. With texts and phone calls but couldn’t return any of the phone calls I sent in a 24 hour period)During the past application process. They denied a certified service dog, asked for medical paperwork of why the dog was needed. THAT IS ILLEGAL TO ASK TO PRESENT THE PAPERWORK OF THE REASONING OF THE SERVICE DOG. Being denied due a non “reputable” doctor that was certified and gave a clear diagnosis. Shame on you guys, terrible company.
