I have been trying for weeks to get my mail key and it's like pulling teeth. They aren't in their office, they don't answer calls or texts, I have left work early twice now to try and get this key and I still don't have it.
So far having a horrible experience with this property management company lack of communication not giving correct info and lack of profesionalism
So i never personally signed a lease with them but my girlfriend did. I helped mover her in and out and with my own 2 eyes seen how this went down. Im discusted with this place. Upon moving in we encountered a dirty apartment. Not only was left over food in the cupboards we got public hair laying around in the bathrooms and holes in the wall and broken blinds . Just to add to my negative review I just left. The one thing on my move out that was true was that the hallway light burned out. Other than that this company isn’t honest.
UPDATE: After posting this original review below, the property management reached out immediately, and I mean immediately, tried to address and fix these issues. ALSO the biggest part, they listened and apologized for their part. I understand sometimes things can fall thru the cracks. However, let me repeat from first review ALL the different maintenance and service men who have come fast and have been great, efficient, professional.
