No one has returned my call in 3 weeks. The “loan officer” I spoke with had absolutely no clue what he was talking about and sounded like he was 15.
I met with Billy Procida on the 5th of March and discussed a ground up project in Brooklyn. Even though that scenario was not a fit I will have other deals in the future for Procida. Very Professional.
