Worst service ever. I have been waiting here for 4 hours and I am still waiting to be seen by a doctor for a simple physical exam.
RecommendedI have never had a bad experience at ProCare Medical Center until recently. Pat Escamis NP treated me with disdain from the moment he walked in the room. While trying to explain my dilemma to him, he told me, "Well, that's not my problem." And, when I told him that's an unprofessional and callous thing to say to a Patient, instead of APOLOGIZING and taking responsibility for his action, he worsened the situation by ACCUSING me of "pressuring" him into prescribing a specific medication. I work for one of the biggest insurance company in Las Vegas, NV and this clinic wheather Rainbow or Nellis location are the worst. No one freaking answer their phone to get our patients schedule with their PCP. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC PEOPLE...!
Attention people Dr Tran does not work there anymore. But his name is still on the front door. Dr Royal Bradley is a joke along with the nursing staff! They ask well little to no questions what’s going on. The doctor will walk in and walk right out. Letting you know he’s prescribing medicine no question asked. Wants to give attitude when you tell him you need to ask question addressing medical issues. Worst bedside manner by far!
My insurance company called for a month to get additional documents. They were never able to reach anyone and they never called back. Insurance denied my service needed because the lack of care by the Procare staff. In extreme pain and now I have to find another doc to start over again. Thank you Procare for the incredible pain that you helped prolong. better patient care and customer service
I believe this is the worst customer service to patients I have ever encountered. I called 2 days ago for my refill prescription of amlodipine and was informed by recording that I would be contacted within 17 hours. Oh well, I was in your clinic Wednesday, the 17th and my blood pressure was first taken 150/100 second take 170/92 3rd take 180/92. Long wait, unexpected bills received months to over 2 years later, rude people. Try to find somewhere else if you can.
