I've had some great visits here. But the front desk woman couldn't care less about you as a patient, literally openly says she knows how to do the math to get all your insurance money out of you. Doesn't care about your wants or needs, only cares about what money she can pull from insurance. The dentist herself is absolutely amazing. The front desk gives this place a bad rep.

Jeremy (aka Jerome) They are amazing! Truly a dentist office of the Valkyrie . All the doctors are highly skilled, friendly, and make the trip to the dentist something not to be feared. Sylvia’s banter always puts a smile on my face and helps put me at ease too lol. Thank you for taking care of me and my wife K. :):)

Dr Allen is phenomenal! My two front teeth had multiple fractures in them. She was able to get me replacement crowns on them and they look real. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my teeth! Dr Allen did it the right way. She made sure that my teeth all matched. And she was able to do it without any pain. Everyone that I’ve sent to her has raved about her services

Receptionist Sylvia is nasty and rude person , acting like an owner. Never had experience with dental office who demand money up front for a future implant and graft too , weeks before any procedure is done . I see evidence of lack of professionalism. dr. Allen needs to order implants , doesn’t know the size ,and how to perform , nonstop ordering new images. Extremely time consuming because doctor Allen is lost , very long waiting time ( no patients inside) very unorganized tiny office. . Worst experience, lost a lot of time... read more

I would not recommend ProCare Dentistry with Dr. Melanie Allen in Boynton Beach. My wife’s experience here has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. First, they made her pay for fast shipping to get her crown on time—only to hold it for over three months without explanation. Then, after she had completed all her payments, they suddenly charged her an extra $260 without any prior communication. When she finally went in to get the crown placed, it didn’t even fit!
