My husband and I seek advise from Dr. Scott on a variety of topics including training, injury prevention, stress reduction and nutrition. His counsel has helped us keep moving, complete in different fitness goals and improve our eating habits. As both of our children competed in different sporting activities, Dr. Scott has supported their need to improve their recovery time after training and reduce their rehabilitation when injured.
