Vista Physical Therapy told me they had a mask policy. However, I many patients are not wearing mask and they are not engaged in an aerobic exercise. This occurred during every visit. On my last and final visit 2 patients had on masks. NOTE>> even patients on the table did not have on a mask. On other visits I found some staff members to be condescending. Although my patient services at the clinic were great, I will never use Cascade Rehabilitation again because of their terrible billing services. I am still being haunted two years later for bills I paid. I thought it had been resolved 2 years ago through multiple calls and shown receipts and PRN telling me there was a mixup with the computer software but here I am again getting calls about bills unpaid and recent dates for services when I have not even been in the clinic for two years.
My injury was complicated and getting increasingly worse. It wasn't something that would ever get better on its own. Pete and Brian did a great job, using many tools in their toolbox, to get me on the road to recovery. Today I'm back to 100% and in addition took with me tricks from their trade to hopefully prevent this from being a recurring injury.
Friendly, helpful and not to pushy. Listen to what you are saying. Keegan and Alyssa were awesome.
I just completed 2 months of PT for my knee. Everyone at Orthopedia, from front desk to all the therapists and assistants are great! Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I mainly worked with Elizabeth and Keegan. At each visit they take time to evaluate how you're doing and address any concerns. If I need PT again will definitely go back to Orthopedia!
