Proactive Pest was fantastic from 2019 through the Greenix buy out in March 2025. Since it's become Greenix all the usual guys I've worked with are gone, they take forever to come out if there is an emergency now, and they can't keep their calendar straight for services. Mosquito services should be once a month, worked like a charm when it was Proactive, but Greenix were trying to schedule it every 10 days, then when I asked for them to stop until a specific date, they never came back. Brian was my first and favorite technician from ProActive Pest. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. It’s great when he comes by, he always goes above and beyond.
Luis did a magnification job! He was very polite and did an amazing job bug proofing my house! I was more than happy and hope to get him back next time!
