Although I didn’t meet Dr. Nelson during my first visit for a heart ultrasound , I did see NP Tracie Luther! She was very nice and provided me helpful information about my ultrasound and a possible stress test in the future! The gentleman who performed the ultrasound was very nice too!
Everyone was caring at helpful
They are only concerned about money. They wanted me to pay upfront because they were going to charge more for an office visit than my insurance would allow. I have NEVER been to a doctor that wanted me to pay BEFORE they filed with my insurance. They said it would all apply to my deductible but actually only what my insurance allowed would apply. They had rather lose my business than file with my insurance first.
Has the Best all round staff of any Doctor I've ever used.
I loved them.The staff is friendly and no matter how busy Dr Nelson takes his time when seeing you.
