RecommendedI’ve been going here for several years now having my heart checked out. I was referred to Dr. Michael Nelson by Lifesigns. It’s a really easy office to work with. Appointments are timely, Staff is courteous and the office just generally runs well. And Dr. Nelson and his staff are easy to talk to. They listen and they explain.

Dr. Nelson was recommended by a friend who is also his patient and highly recommends him. Her recommendations were exactly on target and we drove 80 miles to his office in Germantown and found everything as excellent as my friend had said. The staff is warm and friendly and professional. Dr. Nelson and his Nurse Practitioners are wonderful and all the tests could be conducted in his office without the necessity of going to a hospital.
