I was referred to Dr. Nelson by my primary care physician and am I ever glad. Dr. Nelson saved my life. I cannot heap enough praise on the man. He is a brilliant physician and an incredible human being. Dr. Nelson's bedside manner is second to none! The mid south is blessed to have him in their community. Very happy with the care and attentiveness of the entire staff. The atmostphere of the office is always warm and welcoming. Hate that my health forced me to going to Dr Nelson. But greatful that I did. Keep up the great work.

I've been going to Proactive for years seeing Dr. Michael Nelson as my cardiologist. Because of his attention to detail and explaining procedures that I can understand, I make it a point not to miss any appointments, because I understand now, how important they are, especially when you get older. The wonderful and knowledgeable staff makes it a worthwhile visit to the Doctors office. As soon as you walk in the door, you get a beautiful smile which makes my office visits meaningful.
I am pleased to share with you my experience. Completed a treatment for my veins in one leg. It eliminated the pain and reduced the swelling in that leg. I feel like a new person. Thanks to the staff at ProActive and Dr. Nelson for making my life much better. Just can't thank you enough.
