Dr. Doug is among the best of the best of Chriropractors in Michiana, and is the best one I've been to in South Bend, IN. He uses a variety of methods to treat subluxations of the the spine, and keeps trying to work with you until he finds a method or combination of methods that work for you. I went to him for years with excellent results and am going to another chiropractor now in Michigan only due to the fact that I need to accompany my disabled mother there twice weekly. Doctor Doug and his team are professional and knowledgeable. Always friendly and eager to assist. An appointment is recommended but they are flexible with scheduling, if you them too
I have enjoyed the transparent billing process, and the clear treatment plans that are not high pressure. I don't feel like I am being "nickel & dimed". The massage chair is also awesome, and realistically priced. Dr. Doug practically helped with my hip pain through thorough adjustments, and while he recommended a few other treatments, he never pressured or guilted, which was refreshing.
They have always put my issues to rest in a very timely manner. Thank you very much.
