Super friendly and helpful! Robert helped me as well as Fouad both very nice guys. Walked me through the process and I was able to leave with a car and a low down payment. My credit isn't exactly impressive so I was shocked that they were able to make it happen.

I didn't buy the Armada. But, my overall experience there was 5 star. There was no pressure and they were very professional. I would definitely recommend them and I will go back if they have another vehicle that I'm looking for in the future.

We received a great deal on an awesome car. The staff there is amazing and very knowledgeable. We had a couple of issues with the car and they fixed them right away (no questions or hassle). I recommend Pro X Motors and look forward to buying another car from them in the future!

Don't ever deal with Robert, he's rude and inconsiderate. We drove nearly 50 miles in traffic to go see a car we were practically ready to buy because he told us over the phone that they had it in the lot ready to go. We get there and the car is at the BMW dealer having a recall taken care of. On top of that he says "the car was here when you called, not my fault you showed up late", after we had told him we were coming from far. How hard is it to say, "the car needs to go have a recall taken care of but it will be available... read more

We are very sorry to hear that and all pro x motors staff apologize from you for this inconvenience may cause. As of this issue was not in Robert or our hands, the service manager sent out this vehicle for recall, BMW dealer said this recall won’t take more than 2 hrs. But unfortunately the recall took longer. We tried our best to keep you happy and make it up for you on the spot but it did not work. Again we are very sorry.
The sales team was upfront and provided great customer service. The vehicle was sold before I was able to see it, but they inform me. Maybe next time.
