In 2012 I paid Jerry Butler of Pro Wildlife over \$2,500 to get rid of bedbugs at a rental property. He talked a good game and came across strongly, but his spray and powder treatment was ineffective even after follow up visits. I told representatives from two well known pest control companies that also do bed bug treatment about the process Jerry Butler used and they both told me it would not work. Also, all my additional research came up with the same result. While I am not an expert, I feel cheated.

Gerry Butler took \$185 to remove a skunk and promised a \$90 refund if he was unsuccessful. Turns out the skunk had already moved. Weeks later, Gerry gave me a check for \$90. It bounced. The bank charged me \$20. I told him the check bounced and he said I was wrong and hung up on me.

a tech from pro wildlife came out to our home after we called them about our problem. we call on a friday at 330pm and they got to our home at 5pm the same day. we had a squrriel in our attic and set up a trap and closed up the hole were they got in. and also gave us a 90 day warranty on the work. i just wanted thank them again on taking care of our problem. i would also ad that they sure know what they are doing.
