The staff at photo pro are always so friendly and helpful, would not go to another place to have my photos done. They always go above and beyond to get everything done!!
Where do I start? First, the lady helping me was rude. Asked me irrelevant questions and generally did not know what she was doing. Then, after waiting a week and expecting to have my old photos enhanced and restored, received horrible news that they didn't understand the request and only copied my original photos. Perfect example of how poor communication can ruin a customer experience!
They were great helping me to find a lens at the last minute to replace the one I broke so I could use my camera on my mission trip to Haiti. I have always gotten great service and fair prices from Photo Pro.
