RecommendedMy pictures appeared out of focus. I stopped into Photo pro and discovered my lenses needed calibrated. Not only did the calibrate my lenses, they cleaned them as well. They also took the time and gave me some pointers on how to get better results on my pictures. I was impressed on how they went above and beyond without me even asking. I don’t know why any photographer would go anywhere else. Best customer service I have ever had in my life. I suggest you check them out if you get the chance.
Big shout-out to TJ for helping me get a lens repaired! I brought a lens to the shop asking for an opinion about repair or replacement. TJ was quick to take a look and determine that it needed warranty work. No hassle, he just said he'd handle it all for me. Got it back from Sigma fully serviced and ready to go. Dave goes above and beyond for his customers. The entire staff is also helpful and friendly. My Nikon D750 needed to be sent off to Nikon for repairs , not only did they help me send it off, Dave let me rent his personal D750 for some special photo shoots I had that weekend. These folks worked a graduation party day miracle for me!! Graduation on Thursday and party on Friday, I wanted to get a picture board of the graduation pictures. I set up a file on another companies website and was to receive my 150 prints at 10 am the day if the party. The other company called me at 930 am to tell me they had no photo paper until the next day!!! I ordered a new Tamron 150-600 lens over the phone after talking with Kim about their stock of similar new and used telephotos. He gave me great information to help me make my choice. The lens arrived at my door across the State just 24 hours later! I've also been satisfied with the quality and pricing of used equipment, like my Canon 6D, that I purchased from Photo Pro.
