I am the Yearbook advisor at a small school, and a novice photographer working with novice photographers. Every time I go in to ask a question, the staff is so patient and wonderful. Today when I went in to inquire about purchasing some new machines and lenses, the goal seemed to be to fit me with a product that would do what we wanted it to do, rather than just selling me the most expensive product on the shelf. Amazing customer service; I highly recommend, and I will not purchase from anywhere else.

Was super impressed from the service I received at Photo Pro today. Was having some issues with my camera and Justin spent a good hour going over things with me and teaching me about my camera/lens instead of trying to sell me other equipment. Went above and beyond in every way. Would highly recommend going here for any of your photography needs.
The employees at Photo Pro are absolutely amazing! They have excellent customer service and always take the time to ensure their customers are taken care of. I've had multiple focusing issues with two of my cameras and each time I took them in to get fixed, Justin took excellent care of me. He spent hours making sure they were calibrated perfectly and he even took the time to explain and show to me what he was doing. Now I know what to look for when my cameras start to act up again.
