TJ was amazing helping me find the right camera and glass for my needs. They are Always available to answer any questions for even a novice!
These guys know their stuff! Service is quick and affordable. I sent my equipment overnight to Dave, and he made sure to communicate each step of the way from receiving my gear to tuning it up and troubleshooting a finicky lens. I really appreciated that reassurance and the respect he showed my camera and lenses.
I purchased a brand new Sigma Art lens and took it in to Photo Pro to be calibrated. Thank goodness I did because it turns out I had a terrible lens that was completely missing focus every single time on my camera. Per Dave’s recommendation, I exchanged the lens for a brand new one with the company I bought it from. Weeks later, my new lens came and I brought it in to Photo Pro. I cannot say enough things about the amazing staff at Photo pro! They are so talented, always helpful and genuinely care about their customers – you guys are the best! Photo Pro was at PPI convention this year. I got my camera cleaned and told Dave about my shutter issue. I figured I would have to send it into Canon to replace the shutter but Dave saved the day and worked his magic and it was fixed!!! I could have cried I was so happy!! Thank you!!! 5 stars!!
