Jim and Matt were both very professional; they came on time, notified me beforehand, helped me with choosing different things. They were accomodating even in my moments of indecision, just very pleasant overall. They were fantastic and made the whole process enjoyable. Whenever they wrapped up work for the day, they would leave the house looking as clean as when they arrived. From the time they came to see what we wanted, to the estimate and finally the work itself they were professional, helpful and very transparent with everything going on. They brought samples to help pick out selections, gave us recommendations and generally made it easy for us to move forward. Their communication was excellent. My husband and I were very pleased with Pro V Remodeling. Jim and his son Matt were always very pleasant, helpful and professional. I told Jim what I envisioned for our hall bath remodel and he brought in samples of tile, countertop, and cabinets. Everything was pretty much spot on. He also recommended plumbing fixtures and the best place to purchase cabinet hardware, etc. We also had our master bath flooring replaced, as the grout was failing, and he made suggestions and provided some samples for that.
