Excellent service - took out a slim, 2 story tree with care, while also removing ALL of the debris after grounding down the stump. I really appreciated not have root pieces strewn all over our front lawn. :) Highly recommend!
Need better communication from the vendor when work will be performed.
Fast to reply. Fast service onsite & kept to appt time. Clean-up performed and limbs removed same with their chipper. Sought out ~5 different company quotes; this company & another were only in range my friend at another Tree Service company (yet in Indiana) said was fair price.
The price was less than half of what others quoted. The work was done very quickly. The people was friendly.
I clicked on Home Advisor to check for tree service companies. Later that evening a worker showed up at our door. He gave us s low-ball estimate for tree & shrub trimming. We contracted for a day for service. I called the company a few days in advance to find out time of service. John the owner told me - in the afternoon since we had a low price project. Pat - I never gave a firm date because of the constant rain - a simple look out your window would have noticed this interesting observation. When I did confirm the crew as being in the "late afternoon", you decided to cancel because you "had to eat supper". We never agree to require homeowners be present during service - there are too many variables that can impact timing. The owner of the company was very rude. The tree was cut down on Tuesday and they did not pick the tree up until Saturday. Some of the tree was in my neighbors yard and they were not very happy since they could not cut their lawn until the tree was removed. It took too long for them to pick up the tree. I would not recommend this company.

You are blaming my company for the bad weather, which PAID meteorologists cannot get right over 50% of the time. Also, it still baffles me how our tree service impacted your neighbor's ability to cut their grass, despite there being no obstructions. They were Professional, Hard Working, and beat all other Competitors by $1000. They did not take advantage because of the Bad storm we had and put my tree into my Neighbor's Yard. Highly Recommend
