I had a 40 foot Loctus tree behind my garage. Power lines to the right and more power lines behind the tree. All in very close proximity. I was impressed when they took down the first branch and felt a huge relief. These guys are amazing with their ropes and how they manipulate the cut branch where they want it to go. They made short work of the tree. They had the best price. Cleaned up the mess. Even took the extra shrubs I removed. Only criticism is the communication. Workers trampled neighbors flower bed, ripped out flowers my wife had planted. Owner, John, was awful. His worker handed his cell phone to me as he called John about an issue I had with the ton of mulch in my yard from stump removal. I said hello and his response was What's your f***ing problem? Horrible language continued until I hung up. Do not hire these guys, awful customer service and if you try to speak to owner, get ready for an earful of nasty language. Guy has no manners and zero customer service skills.

Brian - This is the owner John. You threatened not to pay your bill because of the residual stump mulch left behind from the removal, which your proposal clearly states. The flowers that were "trampled" were the flowers surrounding / obstructing the tree. After a few choice words, you not only paid your bill, but you also paid the extra fee to remove the excess mulch. I do not understand the nature of your complaint - feel free to call me to discuss. Excellent team! Best pricing!! The guys who did the work were very professional and courteous! And the team who helped schedule were amazing too!! I would strongly recommend this company for tree services!!
It was awesome to watch them take this tree down. They worked so well together and watching this guy climb the tree to do it all was amazing.If you ever need a tree down I would definitely call these guys. Very friendly,polite and worked non stop once they got started and worked together.Price was very good too.

The workers did a great job so 5 stars for that. However, the owner is rude and plays illegal games. Having 2 kids in college, i was willing to pay the price that he asked but they wanted to start right away, i had tuition to pay so when i told the worker that i wanted to wait, he said that they wanted to start right away and that they would take post dated checks. Debbie - It is illegal to write bounced checks, which is what you did. I would take your issue up with the bank regarding the changing of the date. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication. It was hard to reach people, however, once the crew came, they did an excellent job.
