I suppose it was my fault for not indicating on the form the correct tree to cut, but Pro Tree cut down my flowering tree in error. They did not offer to plant another tree or compensate me for it. Just be sure that the instructions are detailed. The person giving the quote will not be there when the work is done.

Don t waste your time looking around no one can come close to the the price and the levels of fast service they provide
They did e very good job. My issue with them was after they finished. First they did remove the stumps until a couple of days later, in the mean time they left them in my front lawn. We asked to have them a couple of stumps but they took them all. The stumps laying in the lawn damaged it. And finally the worst part is they left a lot of debris on the lawn. To make matters worse it snowed the day after so I have not had a chance to clean it up. Did a good job but the follow up very poor.
Wonderful. From beginning to end. Did exactly what they said they would do and did it perfectly, left no mess and followed up to see that I was satisfied - which I was! I have already recommended them and will continue to do so.
