They showed up without notice. That was an inconvenience by itself because I had to rearrange my day. They cut 2 trees down, took them 4 hrs. They destroyed property. They broke my bricks, taking large logs and rolling the 2 wheeler over them. They knocked off my gutter along the ground. They broke a paver they rolled over. Professional crew. They removed 2 trees and additional debris. They also cleaned and air-blew the area when finished. Their wood chipper blew a lot of dust in the area, so you may want to alert your neighbors if their cars are nearby. I highly recommend this company. I will be requesting them again for other trees I need removed. They also gave me the most competitive estimate.

Better scheduling. I didn t know what day you were coming to do the work - your workers just showed up. It worked out fine but I would have preferred a heads-up. Otherwise, very good. Thank you.

The employees were friendly. Worked quickly and in a coordinated effort. Most tree parts were shredded on-site. The only delay was the truck that picked up the huge tree logs didnâ t arrive until 3 days after job was completed. Also, tree stump is removed and grinded but grinded parts remain on site.

I usually do not write bad reviews as I assume everyone is doing their best. If this is their best, they should not be in business. Brian came out and gave us his sales pitch,that sounded like just what we wanted to here, and we went for it. Unfortunately they did not deliver. It was clear that they guy who came out was annoyed by our small project. He was unpleasant and his work was substandard. Very good experience. Largest tree was very tricky. Enormous, fragile tree with power lines and structures very close. No issues. Only complaint I had was it took more than a week to get the logs removed from my yard. Besides that minor critique, very happy.
